Tandak’s staff will NOT begin set up or deliver the food if the remaining balance has not been paid upon our arrival.
The method of payment has already been agreed upon confirmation of your order.
If you have agreed to pay cash, please have the payment ready in an envelope and pass to a senior Tandak’s staff member.
Usually this will be Alia or Sid.
If you have agreed to pay via transfer, please make this payment the day before your event begins to the Tandak’s account where the deposit payment was made.
Please note, all Tandak’s staff have been trained not to begin until payment has been made and will remain in the van until they have received it.
