How are frozen items delivered?

All frozen products are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked to ensure safe and prompt delivery. A £12.99 delivery fee applies to all frozen orders.

Orders placed will be dispatched between 3-5 working days. Out of bham all orders will be dispatched the following Tuesday or Thursday.

Yes. Because these items are perishable, someone must be available to receive the delivery. Frozen items should be placed in a freezer immediately after arrival.

We cannot guarantee the condition of frozen items if delivery is missed, delayed, or left unattended. Refunds or replacements may not be offered in these cases.

Once your frozen order has been dispatched, delivery details cannot be changed, as this may affect the quality of the products.

Frozen delivery is available to UK Mainland addresses only. We currently do not deliver to Scottish Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland, or overseas addresses.

All frozen orders incur a £12.99 delivery fee. Delivery is handled via Royal Mail Tracked, and shipping charges are applied at checkout.

Unpack your order immediately and transfer all frozen items to a freezer as soon as possible to maintain quality.
